At Kian Designs, all our products are made-to-order with care and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Gelato. We aim to deliver a smooth and satisfying experience from purchase to delivery.

Production Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Time Estimates:

USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

UK & EU: 3–7 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 4–8 business days

Other International: 7–14 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local postal services. Tracking information will be provided once your item ships.

🌍 Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. Gelato uses a global production network, meaning your item is often printed and shipped from a facility close to you for faster delivery and lower emissions.

🧾 Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

🔁 Return Policy
All items are custom-made per order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item is damaged

There is a manufacturing defect

You receive the wrong product

Please double-check your size, color, and address before ordering.

✅ Refund or Replacement for Damaged Items
If your product arrives with an issue, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Include your order number and photos of the damage or error

We’ll review and issue a replacement or full refund if eligible.

⏱️ Delivery Delays & Refunds
You're protected under our delivery guarantee:

5+ business days late: 20% refund

10+ business days late: Full refund

This applies to eligible countries and shipping methods. Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived on time.

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size or color

Changing your mind after purchase
